/OVERVIEW
Challenge
Kiln Ceramics sold at markets under three different names, one for each potter. Regulars loved the work but could not find it online.
Approach
I drew a simple stamp the potters can press into clay, picked a palette from their glazes and built a small Framer shop where every piece is shown on a real table, with a hand for scale.
Outcome
The stamp is now on every piece, the market stall and the bags. Online orders paid for the project in the first ten weeks. The three potters still sign their own pieces, but customers now know they come from one studio. A one-page guide shows how to use the stamp, the colours and the photos, so the team can add new pieces without help.
