/OVERVIEW
Challenge
Hearth & Pine is a family-run lodge with six cabins. Guests found them on maps, then called, because the old site hid prices and dates behind a PDF.
Approach
I designed one page per cabin with real photos of the beds, the porch and the view, the price for two nights up front, and a calendar that shows free dates at a glance. The booking form asks for four things and nothing else.
Outcome
Phone bookings dropped by half in the first season, and direct bookings overtook the travel sites in month three. The owners now spend their mornings on guests, not on the phone. Each cabin page also lists what is in the kitchen and how far the lake is on foot, which answered most of the questions that used to come in by email.
